City Letz was the idea of two property professionals who have over 50 years combined experience in the property industry.

From their own experience and observations they realised that both Landlords & Tenants alike were growing disenchanted with the “boiler room” approach and impersonal and scripted service they were receiving.

We like to give that personal service and no matter the size of your property, studio or five bedroom house, you will receive the same high level of service and always have access to a director.

Nothing beats experience and knowledge and we would like you to benefit from ours. Our Ethos is to give honest advice and not supposition allowing to you maximise your rental income and return on your investment.

We like to build relationships, which is exactly what the letting industry is all about. Unlike Sales, once the transaction is completed you have no further interaction with your agent, Lettings is an on-going relationship. We like to build those relationships not just data bases.
