For landlords who want us to look after their property, find good tenants and receive regular rent. We have a full management service that is clear and flexible, so just talk to us and we’ll try to accommodate. The monthly Full Management Fee is 12.5% of the monthly rent.

Renewing a Tenancy
If all the same tenants continue dwelling in the property we do not charge for drawing up a new Tenancy.
Deposits
The Tenancy deposit registration has to be renewed annually. If we registered this then we will arrange this at the renewal charge of £40 + vat per renewal. If you registered your own deposit, please check the terms of your scheme.
Renewing a Tenancy at the natural expiry of a term with a change of Tenant
If one has multiple tenants in a property and one or more decides to change, then a new tenancy will have to be drawn up. We charge a fee of £125 + vat per replacement tenant. This includes the cost of tenancy deposit registration.
